Join Chef Jeffrey and enhance your culinary skills making some of France's most iconic dishes.
In this French-themed cooking class, you’ll learn how to artfully make a sophisticated and satisfying spread. Chef Jeffrey will teach you how to select, prep and cook gourmet and high-quality ingredients like an expert.
You’ll begin with a classic French onion soup featuring creamy gruyère cheese and a crisp crostini. Then, perfectly prepare a peppery strip steak with a zingy shallot sauce served with earthy arugula and a side of rich and cheesy garlic potatoes. For dessert, you’ll expertly craft a fluffy chocolate mousse, complete with whipped vanilla cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Had a great experience with Chef Jeff! I had booked him for a birthday celebration and everyone had a great time. Chef Jeff was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining and came prepared with everything that was needed. He also made the experience very inviting as some people were a bit shy and didn't have any cooking experience. The food was incredible and I was very impressed with the service and he left everything cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend!

Chef Jeff was wonderful! He guided us through a delicious French meal. He accommodated our preferences in advance and taught us how to make the perfect steak. We also loved learning ratatouille, pommes aligot, and chocolate mousse. Jeff is kind, fun, professional, and laid back - and made the experience joyful and comfortable. We particularly appreciated that he would clean up for us between courses while we got to savor the food. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Booked Chef Jeff for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved the experience. Food tasted amazing. Chef Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly and kept the kitchen clean. Would do this again.
Chef Jeffrey is a successful chef who has been honing his culinary craft for many years, earning his chef training at George Brown College. He has been working in and overseeing kitchens since 2005, and was a flourishing private chef in the Cayman Islands before returning to Canada to launch a private chef and catering company. Chef Jeffrey, who leads culinary seminars and competitions, can't wait to inspire others with his innovative cuisine.
