Cooking Class - Authentic Greek Feast
In this hands-on class with Chef John, you will learn how to utilize high-quality ingredients and an expert's cooking techniques to prepare an authentic and impressive four-course Greek menu. Moreover, you'll learn how to perfectly pair good wines with each dish, if you so choose.
To start, you will get the chance to make classic flaky spanakopita and stuffed dolmades. For the entrée, create a decadent moussaka layered with tender eggplant and creamy béchamel sauce. End this dreamy meal with sweet, sticky, nutty baklava topped with homemade ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
