Join Chef Matt for this hands-on cooking class where he teaches you to make simple, yet delicious Italian food with bold and balanced flavors. You'll learn to make two kinds of pizza, as well as a unique appetizer and a decadent dessert.
Begin by putting together a spread of tomato and burrata cheese paired with oranges, olives, and almonds. Then, make pizza dough from scratch, which you'll top with homemade pesto to make a pesto pizza, or red sauce for a flavorful Margherita pizza. For dessert, whip up a silky chocolate mousse made with rich coffee cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Matt was amazing. Not only did he adapt his menu for us, but he taught us so much, shared his amazing experiences, and created such a warm and welcoming environment. The food was absolutely incredible. This was a night that we will never forget! I would highly recommend doing a class with him!

I highly recommend Chef Matt for cooking classes. He has a great deal of experience cooking and he is very friendly and fun to work with. His kitchen space is beautiful and perfect for a group. I really enjoyed working with Chef Matt and getting to know him!
