In this hands-on cooking class, you'll develop your culinary skills while practicing signature techniques of Italian cooking and learn how to make the most out of every ingredient. Using simple, fresh ingredients, this menu highlights the classic flavors of Italian cuisine.
First, you'll prepare a classic bruschetta and sharpen your skills making two staples of Italian cooking. Homemade pasta serves as the base for a rich fettuccine Alfredo with chicken while a creamy risotto is paired with lamb and asparagus. For dessert, whip up the classic Italian tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
