In this hands-on cooking class, you'll discover a range of dishes inspired by northern and southern Indian cuisine as you build depth of flavor with traditional Indian spices and utilize classic techniques of Indian cooking.
For a meal full of flavor and texture, create a chicken mulligatawny soup and crispy onion bhaji to start. Learn how to make creamy butter chicken with naan and jeera rice for a vibrant and hearty main course, followed by a sweet and creamy vermicelli kheer, a traditional dessert found across India.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

From India to Dubai, Qatar and Canada, he's mastered many diverse styles of cuisine, including Indian, French and Italian. A true food artist, Chef Wilton has even dabbled in vegetable and ice carving. His friendly demeanor is embellished by fluency in several languages, which include English, French, Hindi, Konkani and Kannada.
