Begin with a silky soup that highlights the land and sea featuring butternut squash and scallops. What is an Italian cooking class without pizza? Try the capricciosa style with ham, mushrooms, olives and artichokes. For a hearty main dish, a creamy chicken and mushroom risotto warms the soul, followed by a classic Italian panna cotta with strawberries for a sweet ending to this Italian-inspired meal.
