In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Kimberly will show you how to combine classic Italian cuisine and a keto lifestyle to create a well-balanced meal you can enjoy any day of the week.
First, learn how to make mushrooms filled with cream cheese, bacon, onions, spinach and cheddar cheese for a savory starter. Then, work alongside Chef Kimberly as she shows you how to transform the humble zucchini into noodles that you'll top with creamy Alfredo sauce and perfectly prepared chicken. End with a zesty take on cheesecake, which you'll flavor with lemons.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
