An experience that is unforgetable, had chef Housarde help me with a menu I had plan for my for my husband birthday and the end result was great!!! He really know his stuff and a really good teacher, I would recommend his classes to anyone who wants to bring some awesome flavor in their kitchen.

Throughout his career, he’s worked in various hotels and resorts serving both intimate dinners and large-scale banquets feeding hundreds of people. With a Jamaican background, Chef Housarde specializes in Jamaican, Spanish and Italian cuisines.
