Learn how to create healthy, vegetarian dishes that are full of flavor and protein in this interactive cooking class with Chef Shanekia. You’ll create four courses of plant-based goodness that will leave even the biggest meat lovers happy and satisfied.
First, you’ll make a homemade raspberry vinaigrette to drizzle over a quinoa and fresh vegetable salad. Next, learn how to make classic, creamy tomato basil soup. For your entrée, craft gluten-free black bean burgers filled with bell peppers, onion and spices before indulging in a mouthwatering chocolate torte.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
