Cooking Class - Classic Greek Feast
Chef Laine will help you feel as though you've just returned from the Greek Isles as she guides you through the steps to preparing a Mediterranean feast in this hands-on cooking class.
Begin this class by assembling a truly classic Greek dishes from scratch: a plate of hummus and tzatziki with fresh-baked pita bread. Next, prepare a variety of marinades that will give your souvlaki chicken a delicious flavor boost. Afterward, assemble a fresh Greek salad before enjoying fried, yet fluffy and light doughnuts topped with spiced sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Whipped Garlic Hummus and Pita Bread
With sourdough starter, chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and tahini
Souvlaki Marinated Chicken and Tzatziki
With garlic, lemon, oregano, greek yogurt, dill, cucumber and mayonnaise
With cucumber, tomato, peppers, red onion, olives and feta cheese
Fluffy Doughnuts With Spiced Sugar
With sourdough starter, eggs, milk and butter
