Celebrate the taste and texture of homemade pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Daniel. Once you know the secrets, you'll be able to recreate the truest flavors of Italy at home.
First, you'll learn the traditional process for preparing fresh and authentic pasta, then, use those skills to handcraft tagliatelle with garlic cream sauce and a pillowy potato gnocchi with white wine sauce. You'll also prepare mushroom risotto featuring Parmesan and an airy tiramisu mousse for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
