Step into a hands-on Asian fusion cooking class where you’ll learn how to create two signature wing styles inspired by Hong Kong and Macau. Chef Paul will guide you through essential techniques for frying, seasoning and glazing so you master crisp texture and balanced flavor in every batch.

Start with Hong Kong fire wings, coated in potato starch and tossed in a glossy chili-soy glaze that highlights heat, umami and aromatic garlic. Then shift to Macau honey wings, a golden blend of soy, sugar and honey that brings rich sweetness and a smooth finish. Alongside the wings, you’ll prepare Korean steamed rice, a crisp corn and cabbage slaw and sautéed potatoes for a complete, satisfying plate. It was such a comfortable atmosphere at Chef Paul's house. We learned some techniques like properly cutting and deep frying temperatures. He was so hospitable and friendly it was like talking to a friend. We are looking forward to booking chef Paul for more experiences and sharing him (and his expertise) with our friends and family!

Chef Paul was amazing! He was so knowledge, personable and fun!
