This hands-on cooking class with Chef Daniel is your ticket to fine French bistro cooking. With recipes, cooking techniques and plating methods that present the very best of classic French cuisine, you'll be carried away to the streets of Paris with every step.

Start your journey with an authentic ratatouille layered with eggplant, tomatoes and zucchini. Travel onward with a comforting coq au vin, in a rich butter and wine sauce. Finally, Chef Daniel will teach you how to expertly prepare crème brûlée, a perfect chef's kiss of a French dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
