A magical blend of authentic Asian cuisines is yours to enjoy in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Daniel. Learn techniques for bringing the classic flavors of China and Japan together in a meal that celebrates the spirit of both cultures.
Prepare a beloved Japanese entrée of vegetable gyoza dumplings filled with mushrooms and brightly flavored with fresh ginger. Then, create Chinese fried rice peppered with chicken, onions and carrots. For a decadent ending to your fusion cuisine cooking class, whip up a creamy rice pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.

Chef Daniel is extraordinary! I had an AMAZING time learning to make hand-rolled vegetable gyozas from scratch, the personal touch and conversation, along with all of the excellent cooking tips/tricks he shared made for an experience I will never forget. Highly recommend Chef Daniel!
