Cooking Class - Revamped Traditional Indian Fare

First, samosas are modernized by incorporating greens like broccoli and edamame. Then, Chef Rahul also breaks a curry tradition and uses lobster in lieu of fish in his butter masala. You'll learn to extract coconut milk, perfectly cook lobster and more as you make this recipe. Finally, prepare kulfi for dessert, frozen with the use of dry ice.
