Learn how to make rich, flavorful Indian dishes in a new way in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Rahul. Each creation pays homage to the traditional recipe while looking ahead to new flavors and techniques.
First, samosas are modernized by incorporating greens like broccoli and edamame. Then, Chef Rahul also breaks a curry tradition and uses lobster in lieu of fish in his butter masala. You'll learn to extract coconut milk, perfectly cook lobster and more as you make this recipe. Finally, prepare kulfi for dessert, frozen with the use of dry ice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rahul has great people skills and explanations for the cooking methods and how to arrive at the traditional Indian flavors. We got to make our own naan bread and it was the best we've ever had. We booked this session for a christmas gift for the both of us, and it was one of the best dates we've ever been on. Chef Rahul is highly recommended by us.

Chef Rahul is passionate about handcrafting culinary creations at home and at work, and lives by the motto, “good food creates good mood.” He’s served as executive chef at many hotels throughout Canada and enjoys designing innovative, cost-effective menus with creative presentations. Currently, Chef Rahul operates a popular restaurant in Edmonton where he features fine Indian fare, but he loves preparing dishes from all over the world.
