While there's a time and a place for traditional Italian food, it can also be fun to explore modernized versions of the country's most famous fare. In this guided in-person cooking class, you'll get the chance to recreate three Italian dishes with a contemporary spin.
Start with fresh tuna tartare with pine nuts, orange zest and crostini, followed by zucchini and shrimp risotto topped with a delightful pistachio crumble. Finally, end the class with a deconstructed cannoli infused with the traditional flavor of lemon.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
