Learn to make both homemade pizza dough and pasta from scratch with Chef Brockton.
The hallmarks of a great Italian cook, and the foundation of so many incredible meals are pizza dough and pasta dough. Learn and master the basics of both with Chef Brockton.
Begin the hands-on class by making roasted carrot antipasto with mascarpone, lemon and hazelnuts, then learn all about pizza dough as you make a from-scratch margherita pizza featuring tomatoes, herbs and mozzarella. Next, focus on pasta dough for ricotta ravioli bathed in a brown butter sauce. For dessert, make tiramisu, a classic Italian finale made with ladyfingers, mascarpone, espresso, rum and chocolate.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Brockton is a passionate culinarian with nearly a decade of experience gained in kitchens as sous chef, executive chef and more. He's worked in establishments around the world, including several in Mexico City owned by well-known chef, Jair Téllez, several restaurants in Vancouver, and as a private chef for celebrities. Chef Brockton is passionate about creating palate-pleasing dishes in a variety of cuisines, such as Mexican and Italian, and looks forward to sharing his knowledge with you.
