Join Chef Brockton as he introduces you to a handful of classic dishes from Mexico.
Master smart cooking techniques with Chef Brockton as you learn how to make traditional Mexican dishes you'll only find in authentic restaurants in Mexico.
Begin with an iconic starter, guacamole, made with avocado, tomatoes, cilantro and feta, then make an incredibly fresh tuna ceviche in leche de tigre with serrano chilis, ginger, lime and more. Your entrée features sopa seca de natas, a dish of shredded chicken layered between crêpe-like pancakes with creamy tomato sauce, eggs and mascarpone cheese. Finish by making an absolute classic: tres leches cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Brockton is a passionate culinarian with nearly a decade of experience gained in kitchens as sous chef, executive chef and more. He's worked in establishments around the world, including several in Mexico City owned by well-known chef, Jair Téllez, several restaurants in Vancouver, and as a private chef for celebrities. Chef Brockton is passionate about creating palate-pleasing dishes in a variety of cuisines, such as Mexican and Italian, and looks forward to sharing his knowledge with you.
