Join Chef Marco as he shows you how to create famous Tuscan pasta from scratch.
Learn how to make an entire Italian meal from scratch featuring favorites from Tuscany, all the while using high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian cooking techniques.
Chef Marco begins the hands-on class teaching you how to make panzanella, a bread salad bursting with tomatoes, onions and basil, followed by crunchy, deep-fried pasta made with four simple ingredients: flour, water, yeast and salt. Next, you'll learn how to mix and roll homemade potato gnocchi topped with a simple but flavorful ragú, and classic tiramisu with mascarpone, coffee and chocolate for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had an amazing time with Chef Marco and Serena last night learning how to make some amazing recipes. The experience was unique and intimate and the perfect way to celebrate a birthday and a girls night out like we did. Couldn't recommend this enough.
