From the street cafés of Florence to the shores of the Mediterranean, Chef Marco will teach you how to make some of the most iconic dishes of this region of Italy, along with smart cooking techniques.
Begin with a classic Tuscan appetizer of tomato bruschetta atop crostini. Next, master one of the most famous dishes of the area and try your hand at
making homemade pasta with tortelli del Mugello, which consists of tiny potato-filled ravioli served in a ragú sauce. Finish off the meal with a classic tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
