Social Distancing Friendly Enjoy the exquisite ingredients and flavors of South France with Chef Catherine.
Chef Catherine will draw upon her vast culinary experience to show you how to craft a Provençal menu completely from scratch using easy-to-understand techniques and focusing on bringing out the best flavors in seasonal ingredients.
Begin the hands-on class learning how to make butternut squash soup, followed by a savory quiche with salmon and spinach. Finally, you'll prepare and enjoy traditional caramel mousse for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Catherine is dedicated to spreading the word that healthy food can be delicious. She has worked in restaurants from pizzerias to Michelin-star establishments, as well as working as a personal chef and in catering. Chef Catherine has also worked as head chef at several large, corporate daycare centers where she taught classes to adults and children alike. Her menus are healthy, made from scratch and nutritionist approved.
