Korean cooking isn't as well-known as Chinese or Japanese cuisine, but from kimchi to bibimbap, Korean dishes have a flavor palette all their own.
Begin the class with Korean sushi. This uses similar techniques to the Japanese variety, but can offer a wide range of cooked and raw fillings. Your main course is one of Korea's more familiar dishes, bulgogi. This version uses thinly sliced, marinated pork, quick-cooked to seal in flavor. Finish off with a flavor-packed dessert: a sweet bread with sweet red beans.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
