Join Brazilian Chef Caroline and learn how to prepare a handful of Brazil's best gastronomic offerings.
In this hands-on class with Chef Caroline, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Brazilian dinner menu using a combination of both familiar and exotic ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to creating in this class with Chef Caroline include naturally gluten-free cheese bread, a colorful tropical fish stew mellowed by coconut milk and accompanied by banana farofa, yucca, rice, and salad, and brigadeiros — Brazilian chocolate truffles — for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Caroline is currently a cooking instructor at two culinary schools in Montreal and her passion for cooking — specifically cooking Brazilian cuisine — has also led her to branch out and teach fully hands-on and interactive cooking classes that cater to home cooks of all calibers.
