In this interactive class with Chef Donal, you will learn how to craft Michelin star-quality Italian cuisine by hand.
To begin, you'll prepare beef carpaccio featuring dry-aged filet mignon and 30-month-aged Parmesan. Next, make crispy artichokes complemented with mint aioli, followed by the star of the show: truffled potato ravioli. For dessert, make a refreshing lemon tart.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Donal has an beautiful Kitchen space and his cooking skills are exceptional. My time spent with him was great! He made several dishes that I will never forget how good they were. He was so much fun to talk to and learn a bunch of new cooking skills! Excellent!!!

Chef Donal is an accomplished chef with more than 10 years of culinary experience. One of his greatest professional achievements to date is running the kitchen at Cin Cin Brighton in the United Kingdom, which was named a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant within his first year on the job. Since then, Chef Donal has spent his time cooking, consulting, and designing for establishments across the world, including in Dublin and San Francisco.
