Cooking Class - Traditional Spanish Tapas
In this hands-on class with Chef John, you will learn how to prepare an authentic five-course Spanish tapas menu featuring regional recipes, high-quality ingredients, and beautifully complex flavor profiles.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to creating in this class include a refreshing tomato garlic gazpacho, a crispy and creamy Spanish omelet with layers of onion and chorizo, Spanish meatballs simmered in a tomato and red wine garlic sauce, barbecued tiger prawns with a homemade preserved lemon and saffron aioli, and a classic Catalan custard for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
