Pasta hardly needs an introduction: as one of the world's most popular dishes, this staple food has made its way into a diverse range of culinary traditions. But have you ever wondered how pasta is made?
In this hands-on class led by Chef Donal, you'll prepare two very different types of pasta dough from scratch: Tuscan pici and twisted soppressini. Then, you'll craft homemade and vibrant pesto sauce and a bold ragu sauce, and learn how to pair each sauce with each pasta. Round out the meal with luxurious zabaglione.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
