Italian may be one of the most popular cuisines, but there's still room for innovation. In this class, Chef Donal — a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner — will show you how to use modern-yet-approachable techniques to put a contemporary spin on four iconic Italian dishes.
The hands-on class begins with freshly baked garlic bread, then you'll build a refreshing and savory Caesar salad with homemade dressing. For the main course, you'll prepare a mouthwatering lemon ricotta ravioli using hand-rolled pasta and served with semi-dried tomatoes. For dessert, look forward to crafting a delicate tiramisu.
