In this private chef experience, Chef Rachel presents a colorful array of plant-based dishes highlighting traditional techniques from across Asian cuisines. From Thai to Chinese, each dish showcases fresh, aromatic ingredients such as zesty ginger, savory soy sauce, bold chiles and rich coconut milk. Begin with silky carrot soup, then enjoy satay, gyoza, glazed tofu and wok-fried vegetables before finishing the meal with sweet mango pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
