Bring the flavours of the Queensland coast into your home with this private chef experience from Chef Mark. To start the meal, you'll enjoy an herbed baguette topped with garlicky fish and prawns. Then, indulge in a magnificent seafood tower featuring tiers of prawns, lobster and oysters flavoured by fresh, local herbs and fruits. Finish the meal with a citrus octopus confit and locally farmed cheeses.
