End the meal with a light and sweet strawberry shortcake with whipped pastry cream.

Chef Casey is a source of knowledge. Not only did I learn on how to perfect one of my favourite dishes, he also gave me great tips and suggestions on how to change it up a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and cannot wait for the next experience!!

Having celebrated many Easters, I was truly moved by Chef Casey's catering of our brunch. What deeply touched me was his incorporation of my dear late mother's hot cross buns recipe. In my mid-fifties, such heartfelt gestures hold immense meaning. Every dish showcased his culinary prowess, but it was his genuine thoughtfulness that resonated with all of us. While I genuinely wish him all the success overseas, a part of me wishes he was staying closer to home. Our day was graced with Chef Casey's undeniable five-star touch.

Chef Casey catered my birthday dinner for 8 at my home and it was truly an exceptional experience. Each beef dish was thoughtfully paired with a whiskey that brought out the flavors in a way I hadn't experienced before. I was particularly surprised by the liver pâté on bread - something I never thought I'd enjoy, but it was absolutely delightful. Casey's professionalism and culinary skills are unmatched. Highly recommend for an unforgettable dining experience!
