Enjoy an elevated menu utilizing fresh flavors in this private chef experience with Chef Casey.
Fine dining meets the farmers' market with local ingredients featured in this surf and turf menu. Start with poached beets on a bed of pumpkin purée with candied walnut-crusted feta and crème fraîche. For your entrée, enjoy melt-in-your-mouth ribs and butter-poached Moreton Bay bugs with a double-stuffed baked potato and tomatoes. For dessert, white chocolate panna cotta with raspberries, dark chocolate and crunchy honeycomb.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Casey is a source of knowledge. Not only did I learn on how to perfect one of my favourite dishes, he also gave me great tips and suggestions on how to change it up a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and cannot wait for the next experience!!

Having celebrated many Easters, I was truly moved by Chef Casey's catering of our brunch. What deeply touched me was his incorporation of my dear late mother's hot cross buns recipe. In my mid-fifties, such heartfelt gestures hold immense meaning. Every dish showcased his culinary prowess, but it was his genuine thoughtfulness that resonated with all of us. While I genuinely wish him all the success overseas, a part of me wishes he was staying closer to home. Our day was graced with Chef Casey's undeniable five-star touch.

Chef Casey catered my birthday dinner for 8 at my home and it was truly an exceptional experience. Each beef dish was thoughtfully paired with a whiskey that brought out the flavors in a way I hadn't experienced before. I was particularly surprised by the liver pâté on bread - something I never thought I'd enjoy, but it was absolutely delightful. Casey's professionalism and culinary skills are unmatched. Highly recommend for an unforgettable dining experience!
