Cooking Class - Vegan Charcuterie Workshop
In this hands-on vegan cooking class, Chef Rachel will teach you how to assemble an elevated charcuterie board with a variety of fresh ingredients, including fruit, seeds, vegetables and herbs.
Begin by mixing a tart raspberry lemonade kombucha punch with a touch of mint. Then, learn techniques to bake crackers made with various seeds to dip into a creamy cannellini bean dip, and prepare ricotta made with macadamia nuts and served on a slice of bread with juicy roasted grapes. Pair this with warmed oranges, herbs and olives, and dairy-free chocolate truffles, crudité and fresh fruit to complete your board.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
