Begin with a creamy and elegant mushroom risotto prepared with truffle oil and Parmesan. Then, you'll create a crispy salmon entrée accented by creamy cannellini beans and a tomato ragout. And for dessert, you'll craft a tempting chocolate fondant served with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Great experience, Chef Marco was welcoming, a great teacher, full of good conversation. Chef has obviously huge experience and took us and our children (9 & 10) through preparing a very tasty 3 course meal. Wasn't just a demo, felt very connected to the cooking hands on. Really top class.

Had a great experience with Chef Marco! The food was amazing and the instruction was clear and well paced. It was well planned so that were always doing something and not waiting around. Chef Marco also tied in some of his experiences as a chef which was very interesting.
We also got to take home all of the leftovers from the instruction which was an awesome surprise.
Amazing value for money, highly recommended.

Marco demonstrated how to make homemade fettuccine and angel hair pasta. He clearly talked through his steps as he prepared the dough for the pasta. He used a machine to cut the pasta into shape. He is able to answer the questions I had about the pasta machine regarding how it worked and what it was capable of doing. He then put the pasta on a drying utensil which would dry overnight. He had already dried pasta ready to cook off and make into a dish to enjoy at the time.
His home was impressive, beautiful, and welcoming.
