These homemade delights are the perfect choice for delicious dining.

Chef Riccardo steps into the kitchen to show you a variety of sumptuous dishes in a hands-on cooking class par excellence. Practice pro-level methods for preparing your own gorgeous gourmet meal.

Start by assembling a classic beef tartare, flavoured with herbaceous botanicals like lemon, dill and capers. Then, make your own handcrafted pasta for a ricotta and spinach ravioli entrée, and transform humble mussels into a tomato and seafood soup filled with warm spices. For dessert, bake a batch of authentic cannoli accented with dark chocolate and caramelised oranges.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Riccardo wad very professional and friendly. He explained his ingredients and methods very well and provided very good quality ingredients. The session was easy enough for both beginners to learn and the more experienced chef to challenge themselves. Would recommend as a date night or as a group activity

It was great to see pasta made the old fashioned way, by hand! Chef Riccardo talked us through each step and not only that, he also explained why certain steps are so important for the pasta dough to turn out perfectly. It was a great experience taught by a very knowledgeable and outgoing chef. That's a big thumbs up from me!!
