Turn your weeknight dining into a celebration of Italian flavour in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Riccardo. He'll demonstrate simple yet rich dishes that will transform your home table into a gourmet wonderland.
You'll top toasted sourdough slices with fresh pesto and balsamic cherry tomatoes for a classic bruschetta. Then, make your own orecchiette pasta for a dish featuring spicy Italian sausage and broccoli purée, and make porchetta, pork belly with potatoes and green sauce. For dessert, bake a delicate apricot tart that sings with sweet flavour.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was great to see pasta made the old fashioned way, by hand! Chef Riccardo talked us through each step and not only that, he also explained why certain steps are so important for the pasta dough to turn out perfectly. It was a great experience taught by a very knowledgeable and outgoing chef. That's a big thumbs up from me!!

Chef Riccardo wad very professional and friendly. He explained his ingredients and methods very well and provided very good quality ingredients. The session was easy enough for both beginners to learn and the more experienced chef to challenge themselves. Would recommend as a date night or as a group activity
