Cooking Class - Nixtamal, Tortillas & Salsas
Explore the fresh, vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine in this hands-on cooking class.
Join Chef Luis as you prepare a delicious Mexican meal from scratch, using a hand-picked selection of fresh, local ingredients.
The centerpieces of your meal will be handmade corn tortillas and a trio of homemade, flavorful salsas. You’ll also make guacamole, a sopa de guías, which is made with squash and an assortment of local veggies, and quesadillas. As you cook, you’ll sip on refreshing fresh fruit juice and Mexican hot chocolate. Just make sure to save room for dessert, as Chef Luis has a sweet surprise for you.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
