You’ll begin with a comforting bowl of chickpea soup, followed by mole verde, an herbaceous, ancient dish with roots in pre-Hispanic Mesoamerican cuisine. To end on a sweet note, you’ll fry up golden churros and dip them in rich, velvety chocolate. Whether you're a seasoned foodie or a curious traveler, this immersive experience offers a delicious, authentic taste of Oaxaca’s legendary food culture.
