Learn techniques used by Michelin star chefs in this cooking class led by Chef Anton. You’ll explore quality ingredients and irresistible flavor profiles as you enhance your culinary skills.
Create crispy polenta topped with salted cod and refreshing mint pesto, and make from-scratch tagliolini pasta tossed with fresh seafood, colorful tomatoes and delightful basil. Then, perfectly roast croaker, braise fennel and whip up a sauce of earthy chicory and beetroot. For dessert, you’ll carefully craft a passionfruit eggnog zabaione with a fluffy mandarin and almond sponge.
