In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Massimo teaches you how to highlight bright, seasonal ingredients and succulent seafood as you prepare an elegant, Italian menu.
Begin by balancing flavors and textures in a sweet and savory salad of roasted apricots, arugula and radicchio with creamy Gorgonzola and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette. Chef Massimo will guide you as you nurture lemony risotto with asparagus and fresh prawns. For the main course, learn how to prepare red snapper with sophisticated accompaniments followed by saffron and ricotta cakes with lemon cream for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Having worked across the globe, Chef Massimo is a master at world flavors. He has extensive restaurant experience and is excited to bring the culinary experience into guests' homes. Upon returning to Italy, after living in California and Japan, he expanded his knowledge of sushi and Thai cuisines as well as traditional Italian fare. Chef Massimo brings energy to the kitchen, whether for a private or group experience.
