You will begin by crafting bright and savory chickpea and roasted cauliflower fleurettes with tangy cherry tomatoes and a spicy citronade. For the main course, master an Italian classic, lasagna bolognese, from start to finish. Grill crisp flatbread with rich, garlic-infused olive oil to enjoy with your hearty pasta. Finish the meal with an elegant tiramisu girella.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
