In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Massimo will teach you how to make fresh, homemade pasta for the centerpiece of an elevated menu featuring signature flavors and techniques of Italian cooking.

You will begin by crafting bright and savory chickpea and roasted cauliflower fleurettes with tangy cherry tomatoes and a spicy citronade. For the main course, master an Italian classic, lasagna bolognese, from start to finish. Grill crisp flatbread with rich, garlic-infused olive oil to enjoy with your hearty pasta. Finish the meal with an elegant tiramisu girella.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
