Begin with a refreshing lobster salad and strawberry gazpacho followed by tangy red wine-stewed octopus risotto. Enjoy a light fish course of gilt head bream with potatoes while Chef Luis prepares a hearty stew of pork cheeks and roasted vegetables. Finish the meal with a classic Italian lemon cake.
