In this private chef experience, Chef Luis presents regional Spanish dishes with an innovative twist. Begin with salmorejo, an Andalusian tomato soup, followed by grilled octopus with paprika-spiced mashed potatoes from the heart of Spain. For the fish course, savor Riojana-style cod with tangy tomatoes and peppers. Chef Luis will prepare hearty lamb with rosemary vegetables as the centerpiece of the meal with Cabrales blue cheese cake drizzled with raspberry sauce for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
Chef Luis has built his 20-year career with roles in hospitality, fine dining, catering and as a private chef in Europe and the Middle East. His projects have ranged from intimate to large-scale events, with world-class patrons that include His Majesty, the king of Saudi Arabia. Chef Luis adapts easily to various environments, clients and challenges and looks forward to sharing his culinary skills with a new audience.
