Chef Luis invites you to explore regional dishes from across eastern Asia in this private chef experience. Begin your journey with succulent langoustine wrapped in crunchy filo with sweet and sour sauce. Next, enjoy a taste of Thailand with mango and peanut bao followed by Japanese tuna tataki with edamame hummus. Chef Luis will prepare savory yakitori chicken with noodles for the main course with classic mochi for dessert.
