Private Chef - Caribbean Surf and Turf
Tropical produce and fresh fish are the stars in this Caribbean-inspired surf and turf menu. Start with local avocado salad on a crostini — a tropical take on bruschetta. Next, tender braised short rib in a rich red wine sauce along with creamy coconut rice and field peas, and crispy local snapper escovitch, highlighted by spicy scotch bonnet peppers and vegetables. Dessert is a true taste of the tropics: Passion fruit crema.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
