Experience seafood in a new, gourmet light with Chef Levi's masterful private chef dinner menu. From fresh salmon crudo with mango to pan-seared scallops in bacon-dashi cream sauce to lobster cakes topped with green apple aioli and pickled fennel, these recipes fuse the best culinary techniques with innovative flavor combinations. End with a tart raspberry cheesecake torte.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Awesome, awesome, awesome pretty much sums it up from our group. We loved Chef Levi's Asian-Italian fusion menu, the food was fantastic. We loved hearing about Chef Levi's culinary career, you can tell he is doing what he loves to do. The class was a demonstration type cooking class which suited what we wanted, it was fun to see how he organizes all the different dishes to ensure everything had time to cook and be ready when needed and we learned some good tips. Highly recommend this, its a great evening at home with friends. Good luck with the upcoming competetions Levi!!
