Join Chef Luis as he takes you on a culinary journey in this private chef experience with a thoughtfully curated Spanish menu. Begin with a chickpea salad that is drizzled with a red wine vinegar dressing and extra virgin olive oil. It wouldn't be a traditional Spanish meal without gazpacho, a pleasing cold tomato soup with a soft olive oil drizzle, and Riojana-style pork loin with panadera potatoes. Finish with a light crema catalana, an authentic dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We made some of the best Mexican food I have ever had…guacamole, two kinds of salsa, street corn, beef tacos, dessert quesadillas. It was amazing. Chef Luis was so nice and let us structure the night with our friends, sometimes we watched sometimes we let him do the cooking. He happily answered all our questions as we hovered
