Social Distancing Friendly Chef Catherine brings your tastebuds to the North of France with this private chef menu.
You'll begin your culinary discovery of the Northern region of France with a refreshing cucumber goat cheese salad in a light balsamic and olive oil dressing. This will open your "papilles" to enjoy a crispy pork schnitzel served atop homemade linguini with a creamy mushroom sauce. Lastly, indulge in a moist chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate ganache and berries.

Meet your chef
Chef Catherine is dedicated to spreading the word that healthy food can be delicious. She has worked in restaurants from pizzerias to Michelin-star establishments, as well as working as a personal chef and in catering. Chef Catherine has also worked as head chef at several large, corporate daycare centers where she taught classes to adults and children alike. Her menus are healthy, made from scratch and nutritionist approved.
