Experience the signature flavors and traditions of dining in Korea with Chef Paul.

In this private chef experience, Chef Paul takes you on a journey to Korea by celebrating the country’s culinary traditions. The first course is a classic seaweed soup renowned for its health benefits. The chef will then prepare a main course in the style of Korean barbecue with pork belly and your choice of marinated beef or pork accompanied by a collection of side dishes. After the meal, the chef will present a time-honored Korean tea ceremony.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

What a very memorable night for my wife and I. We were gifted by our daughter for our anniversary. Chef Paul was amazing. He made us at ease when we first came to his house. His pleasant demeanor and courteousness won us over. He was patient and very meticulous in his presentation. He caringly showed us cooking tips and gave us important trivia information. The food was excellent and he was very supportive when we tried out his techniques.. We had a very nice evening and he comes highly recommended.

I brought my 14 year old granddaughter who likes to cook for a twosome lesson with Paul, It was a fun learning experience and the sushi rolls and dessert were delicious! Assembling the rolls is harder than it looks, if you are a serious sushi chef. Paul gives good guidance and tips. His home is slightly difficult to find so leave yourself time to locate it.

He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.
