Private Chef - Tastes of Korean Traditions
In this private chef experience, Chef Paul takes you on a journey to Korea by celebrating the country’s culinary traditions. The first course is a classic seaweed soup renowned for its health benefits. The chef will then prepare a main course in the style of Korean barbecue with pork belly and your choice of marinated beef or pork accompanied by a collection of side dishes. After the meal, the chef will present a time-honored Korean tea ceremony.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
