Private Chef - Sushi Showcase
In this private chef experience, Chef Paul showcases the art of sushi with a light, yet vibrant menu. Begin with a savory beef tataki followed by an assortment of traditional sushi, including salmon, tuna, eel and more. Next, choose from the chef’s colorful specialty rolls, each with its own unique composition of textures and flavors. For dessert, the chef will prepare a silky green tea ice cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Each roll includes avocado, cucumber, crab and house mayonnaise
Philadelphia roll with cream cheese, shrimp tempura, smoked salmon and mango mayo
Rainbow dragon roll with shrimp tempura, salmon, tuna, mango, tilapia, unagi and mango mayo
Double crab roll with unagi and spicy mayo
Green Tea Ice Cream
With matcha, milk, condensed milk and heavy cream
