Private Chef - Sushi Showcase

Chef Paul invites you to enjoy a specially-crafted menu featuring fresh sushi.

In this private chef experience, Chef Paul showcases the art of sushi with a light, yet vibrant menu. Begin with a savory beef tataki followed by an assortment of traditional sushi, including salmon, tuna, eel and more. Next, choose from the chef’s colorful specialty rolls, each with its own unique composition of textures and flavors. For dessert, the chef will prepare a silky green tea ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was an amazing experience! Such delicious food and so fun to learn chopping skills, rolling skills etc. Chef Paul was fun, personable and very good at his trade and teaching it!! Highly highly recommend!!

My husband surprised me with a private sushi cooking class. I love sushi and have always wanted to learn how to make it at home. What an incredible experience. Chef Paul was fantastic! Food was great and lots of it….I would definitely do this again…..loved being able to open up my own wine and not have to leave the house for a great meal!

He is a talented sushi chef and master of Korean BBQ, with a flair for crafting dishes that are both traditional yet delightfully modern. Chef Paul currently runs his own restaurant, but has also worked as a restaurant manager and private chef. Now, he's eager to share his knowledge and skill with you.
