Chef Javier has created a menu of his family's recipes with a modern twist for this private chef experience. So sit back, relax, and enjoy an authentic Mexican food experience prepared just for you. Begin with a ceviche of shrimp, octopus, scallops and creamy avocado. For the entrée, Chef Javier will serve whole, baked red snapper with fresh cilantro, avocado rice, crispy salted potatoes and dried pepper salsa. Then, indulge in two delicious desserts: tres leches cake with dulce de leche and puff pastry tarts with guava and cheese.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Javier’s culinary ventures have taken him from Mexico City to Ontario. He quickly ascended from sous chef to head chef, maintaining a blend of humility, passion and respect for food and those he cooks for. He prides himself on his merging of Mexican flavor with French technique to create his own unique brand of cuisine. Chef Javier is eager to share his expertise with aspiring gourmets who love cooking as much as he does.
